An open plan area with a large kitchen/diner overlooking Dingle town and harbour divides the main lounge with an open fire place column. There is a separate snug lounge, five bedrooms and three bathrooms.
A few minutes drive to Ventry beach and Dingle town, Burnham Woods is surrounded by wild walks and calming waters.
Large open plan living area
The kitchen/diner opens out to a large lounge area with exceptional views of Dingle. It has a plenty of entertainment with a flat screen TV with Sky TV, WiFi, DVD player with DVD's and board games as well! Enjoy modern furniture and a dramatic vaulted ceiling adding to the spacious feel of the home. On the other side of the dining area you step down to a second lounge/snug with a classic fireplace.
The classic grey kitchen units have a natural wooden work surface and a breakfast bar with stools for a casual snack or to entertain the chef. The kitchen contains an induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher, blender, kettle and toaster. The chic dining suite is well lit with 4 hanging lamps and will easily fit 9 people.
Utility
There his a separate utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and storage.
Bedrooms
There are three kingsize bedrooms, two of them with ensuites, a twin room and a single room. All the bedrooms have bedside tables, bedside lamps and storage.
Bathrooms
There are two spacious and lovingly styled ensuites tiled in white metro tiles and grey tiled flooring. One with a bath, sink, toilet and shower and the other with a large shower, sink and toilet. There is a large family bathroom with a double shower and toilet and a separate downstairs toilet.
